Cheer Off

Good Luck to all of the Raider Cheerleaders as they compete in the Cheer Off this next Saturday! They have all really put in allot of hard work and it shows at how well they are doing at the games. I only have three kids and I do not see how the Coaches or Cheer Sponsors get that many kids to cooperate and do so good!

Good Hope vs Cold Springs

Great Three Games yesterday!!!! I loved watching all three of the games. Home games are exciting but yesterday was allot less work! It was nice to get to just sit and watch all three teams as they swept the Eagles! The Fireplug game was so cute to me to see all of the different kids trying to run the ball.The Coach said he told the kids, whoever wants to try and run the ball just make a line! :) I think they had allot of fun. What is up with all of the Overtime we are having this year? Wow we have had three weeks in a row of Overtime and complete Nailbiters!!! It sure makes for an interesting game and it always gets the crowd pumped up! I am not sure though if my nerves can hang on for another one though! lol

Good Hope VS West Point

Great Job to the Raiders for another two wins. We were all so thankful that the storms held off so that we could play our first home games. The Fireplugs had to play in the rain but they still managed a WIN. The WeeWee's played a great game but fell short. The PeeWee team was tied at the end of the game and went on to score and beat the West Point Warriors in a ending that sent chills through me! It was a very exciting game!! The cheerleaders did great getting the crowd pumped up and all the Good Hope crowd was there to support the teams, even in RAIN gear!!

AS always, we had plenty of parents help in pulling everything off from Set-Up to Clean-Up it all got handled and the stadium looked GREAT when we left! The JV Cheerleaders ran both sides of the concession stand and that was a tremendous help!
