Important Dates to Remember (All dates and times subject to change)

 

Football CAMP will be held at the Good Hope baseball fields by the Town Hall on 7-18-13 & 7-19-13, FROM 6PM-8PM AND SAT. 7-20-13 8AM-10AM (following we will have pad handout) AND, 7-22-13 & 7-23-13 6PM-8PM

 

Cheer CAMP will be 7-22-13, 7-23-13 & 7-25-13 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the High School Gym.

 

Majorette CAMP will be 7-22-12, 7-23-12 & 7-25-12 from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM at Grassy Area by the High School Gym.

 

Kick Off Party at Cullman Aquatic Center  8-2-13 7-9 PM

 

Jamboree Games behind West Elementary School 8-16-12 and 8-17-12 (We will play Parkside on 8-17-13 at 9AM beginning with the Fireplug Team..)

 

Picture Day - 8-10-13 TBA (We will also sell ADS again for the Program Book. Be thinking of whom you will ask or if you would want to put your child’s picture in the book.) We request all participants to sell one ¼ page AD. You can buy it yourself for your child’s photo or sell it. If you sell 5 ads you will get one of equal value free.

 

Practice days will be Mon., Tues. & Thurs. from 6-8 until games begin and then we will only practice on Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8.  All practices will be at the Good Hope baseball fields by the town hall. Due to activities at the school and the High Schools football schedule these days will sometime have to be adjusted.

FIRST BALL GAME 8-24-13 Times and place to be announced.

CHEER CAMP TIMES HAS CHANGED TO 5:00-7:00PM

The all-call program is our primary way to get in touch with you. Please be mindful of the number you give us. WE WOULD PREFER CELL NUMBER SO YOU CAN OPT IN FOR TEXT MESSAGES. The default Caller ID number is 1-877-698-3261.  Please go ahead now and set this number into your contacts. This way you will not just ignore the call. J Make sure you give us the phone number of the person that will be responsible for getting your children to practice and games. If your child primarily relies on both parents, and it is impossible for you to communicate with each other, please make us aware of the situation. So that possibly an exception can be made and your child may have two “ALL CALL” phone numbers. Your child showing up at practice instills in them responsibility. After we get this set up we will ask you to opt in to a TEXT version of the ALL-CALL program. That way you will receive a text version of the announcement. We hope that this will cut down on confusion. Also if your number changes after sign ups it is your responsibility to let us know.
